Goal

The primary goal of 3veta was to empower professionals to manage their client interactions, appointments, and virtual meetings seamlessly, reducing the administrative burden and allowing them to focus more on their core services. We aimed to create a solution that was not only powerful in its features but also exceptionally easy to use, addressing the fragmentation often experienced when professionals rely on multiple disparate tools for their daily operations.

My Role and Responsibilities

I was deeply involved with 3veta from its very inception, being an initial part of its conception and shaping its foundational vision. My role encompassed a broad range of responsibilities throughout the product's development lifecycle:

  • Conceptualization: Collaborating closely with the founding team to define the product's core features, user flows, and overall strategic direction.

  • UI Design: Developing the visual design system, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and component libraries, to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging user interface.

  • Website Design: Working alongside another designer on the marketing website, ensuring consistency in branding and user experience between the product and its marketing presence.

  • Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  • Iteration & Refinement: Continuously iterating on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Platform Design

3veta was designed as a comprehensive platform accessible across various touchpoints. This included the main web application and a dedicated mobile app to ensure professionals could manage their business on the go.

Onboarding

Mobile & tablet app design

Both the web and app interfaces were crafted with responsiveness in mind, providing a consistent and optimized experience whether on a desktop browser or a smartphone.

During the project, I designed over 250+ screens for the 3veta platform. This included everything from how users first sign up and see their main dashboard, to booking appointments, video calls, and settings. From the beginning, my goal was to create a consistent look and feel that worked well for both the product's many features and its ability to be customized by users. The design system was built around clear UI patterns, intuitive iconography, and a minimal yet friendly visual style.

Website Design

At the same time, I also worked on the 3veta marketing website with another designer. We made sure the website's look, feel, and messages matched the product's design. We used the same fonts, icons, colors, and overall brand voice to create a consistent experience everywhere.

Outcome

Following its launch, 3veta rapidly gained significant traction among solopreneurs and small teams, validating our user-centered design approach. The intuitive booking flow, in particular, received widespread acclaim, with users frequently praising it as “faster and clearer than Calendly.” The unified nature of the platform, bringing everything from video conferencing to payments under one roof, was consistently highlighted as a major differentiator and value driver.

Some measurable outcomes and key indicators of success include:

  • Product Hunt Feature: 3veta was prominently featured on Product Hunt, a leading platform for new product launches, and successfully reached the top 5 on launch day, signifying strong initial market interest and validation.

  • Strong Niche Adoption: We observed particularly strong adoption rates within the coaching and therapy niches, indicating that the platform effectively addressed specific pain points for these professional groups.

  • Overwhelmingly Positive Qualitative Feedback: User testimonials consistently lauded the platform's simplicity, elegant design, and the consistency of its user interface, reinforcing the success of our UI/UX decisions.

  • Scalability of Design System: The robust design system and component library developed during the initial phase proved highly effective, scaling seamlessly as new features and functionalities were added post-MVP, ensuring continued design consistency and accelerating future development
